Owl Wednesday

Hello Lovelies :-)

This is my third day of summer break! ahhhhh!

I'm so happy.

and I have started my new exercise routine which i really hope to continue through the whole summer and beyond. I'm alternating doing Pilates and Yoga in the morning.

I ache.

so bad.

but it's a really really good ache! so I'm happy.

On to the OWLS!

(and no, i don't mean our Ordinary Wizarding Levels)

I was thinking that this was from Modcloth (like all of my other pics, ha)
but I can't even find it on their site.

cause I'm not trying to rip anybody off or take credit for anything... I honestly just don't know where it's from :-(

Summer Break

Summer break is here my dears.

and I'm super stoked.

I haven't had a real summer in about three years and I'm happy but nervous about what that means for me.

and what it means for my pocketbook...

But nevertheless here I go!

I don't have any real summer job plans except Agency work,

and agency work is scarce during the summer months.

I anticipate a lot of blogging to be happening here.

be prepared.

I may even do a few outfits for you guys,

but we'll just have to wait and see about that,

because honestly, I'm losing weight, which is great! but it also means that I haven't shopped in 6 months.

*gasp*

I know.

honestly, I've bought one shirt and one skirt (both thrifted) in the past six months.

at first I was driven CRAZY by this! but now I'm okay and am able to keep it as an incentive to be good on my diet.

once I loose all the weight (which I'm half way to) *then* I'm going on

the BIGGEST SHOPPING SPREE EVER!

Owl Wednesday!!!

Hello my Lovelies!

I'm so excited to be back with you all for our first Owl Wednesday in a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNG time :-)

It's a good day.

I only have two more days to work until I have a little summer break and start scrounging around for another source of income :-D this is very exciting to me though, so I'm not stressed out about it, yet.

and BAM! I'm back!

exciting, I know.... :-)

Owl Times Sake Belt

 *-* how cute is this thin little belt? I love it.

It's cute, and bright and summer-y and all of that jazz.

this is a pretty little thing,

not overpowering, but still a statement of "I am Owl, hear me hoot"

The owls alternate size, which is nice, I think, to keep it from being too bulky.

 Owl I Need

I love me some Modcloth.

and I guess one of the things you have to take with it is that it's not always going to be glamour.

which, really... is a nice thing.

this bag is far from glamour. but it's definitely an owl thing.

and for that I will include it in my post. but for not much more. I admire it's color, but really it's a shocking little bag, and hard to style I would imagine.

I look forward to another OW next week and I hope that you guys will too!

Maybe we'll even have time for a Favorites Friday this week ;-)

Remedied

I didn't realize how much I missed blogging until I had to go back into my files and fix (some of) the pictures that had died. 

I miss talking to you guys,

talking to my "alter ego", sharing what's going on in my world, and posting about style!

I miss Owl Wednesdays and Favorite Fridays!

And I look back on the times when I was blogging weekly and I'm able to relive those wonderful memories.

so here we go my lovelies. 

we're starting it up again. Because this is a lost love of mine. 

And when better to start than now! The beginning of Summer :-)
