Mocha N Music

 Then my cousin from Oh Mae Gosh showed up!

After a long discussion of which of us would win in a battle of Hufflepuff (me) vs. Slytherin (Cara)

I found some Checkers so that we could play.

Unfortunately though, neither of us could remember how to play.

HONESLY!

I had to look at the box cover to figure it out,

 because (IDK why) they didn't have directions in the box!

 It doesn't matter that neither of us knew the rules... we Chacha'd it and this is us after 15 minutes.

I was winning! hehehe, and she wasn't happy.

 Not long after, I totally dominated and took home the metaphoric trophy for the Hufflepuff house.

This was my victory "I'm a tough Nerdfighter" pose. :-D

And even though I suck at taking group pictures (I always end up cutting half my head off)... The night ended well and on speaking terms!

I sure had fun with our families there.

Friday on a Wednesday

So on Friday Morning I got a hair cut,

and then because Fridays are "High-Heel Fridays"

I put on this outfit.

 And if I may say so myself... my make-up turned out well too.

My green shoes of awesomeness from Payless,

which I bought about 3 years ago. They have four inch heels so I don't wear them

 that often because they make me 6'2" and it can be awkward.

That was my outfit for the morning!

Lots of fun, I towered over my supervisor Ryan,

it was great.

Favorite Fridays

Fridays should be my "favorite Fridays"... don't you think?
I like that idea... I like to post random things that I find pretty, or interesting... so this is just a way to make that idea more organized.

So here it is:

This is the lovely On The Line dress from Modcloth. What a blue dream! It just looks like it would suck in all of my extra jiggle, and make me look like Jennifer Lopez in that smokin hot dress. I may just have to loose a few pounds in each thigh... but after that, I WOULD LOOK AWESOME!

After that dress... I think that I would need a nice breather... and a bit of modesty thrown in too ;-)

This is the kind of relaxing dress I would need. It's pretty, and calming, and flattering without making me suck in my stomach all the time (or so I would think) it's called The Beach House Barbecue Dress in Hoedown

Now for some Jewelry to go with these lovely dresses, or any outfit that you fancy!

Triple owl ring what?! Yeah, that's right. It's called the Owl In A Row ring... and I just think that it would be harder to buy a ring like this without trying it on, because how do they know that all of your fingers are going to fit it?! IDK, but it sure is cute.

Have you noticed how animals are really fashionable right now? I've seen owls, cats, birds, rabbits, horses, octopus and many many more! It's crazy! But I'm totally on board for this party train.

Spoils from the War

 And here starts the showing of my "war spoils"... get it? It's the stuff I scored at the fourth of july library book sale... so that's the "spoils" and the "war" is because it was the fourth of july! I'M SO CLEVER!

 This one above is named "The untold story of Elvis' SECRET FBI FILES"  "plus! Elvis' last will and testament revealed for the first time!" "the sealed, top secret FBI file on the king of ROCK-N-ROLL" hehe, I'm excited about that one.

 Andi grabbed this one for me, and said "here Liddy, buy this... cause you like country. And this is country"
So I did.
