Vintage VS Indie

There's a real difference, at least in my mind there is.

I am leaning more towards buying vintage or retro wear. The only reason I am not fully on board for vintage is because I think that I don't fit the typical vintage store sizes. Those tiny people whom I hate and love at the same time.

Indie however, is a trend that will pass eventually, so if I combine indie/vintage/retro then I think I'll be in good standing.

I have a wonderful plan where I'm going to take all of my regular spending money and pile it up until I have enough to go on a shopping spree and buy cool Indie/vintage clothing... or what ever sparkly thing catches my eye ;-)

Do you remember back in the day when colored pants were cool?
that was about 6 months ago, and I wanted a pair SOOO bad.
I also wanted skinny jeans.
Thank GOODNESS I didn't buy either of those trends.
I'm not a trend person by nature, but somethings just hit me over the head.

this new Indie thing is really grabbing me like something I could do. I am going to wait a little while though, see if it's really me or if it's the world beguiling me... and while I wait, I'll save up money, cause honey if this is the real thing, then I'm going on a shopping spree!!!
